Job Description

A Per Diem Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our state of the art 4 star sub-acute rehab department located in Jamaica, NY.   Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. 

Facility is located in Queens, NY and conveniently located to the LIRR St. Albans station. Facility has a 250 bed capacity with a mostly long-term care Veteran population. Therapists will perform evaluations, treatments, patient/family education & caregiver training while working with a diverse and friendly multi-disciplinary team that works well together. Our rehab department is a close knit community of supportive coworkers and supervisor. Hours are flexible. The Veterans served us, it's our turn to serve them! SNF experience is preferred.
