Occupational Therapist

POSITION LOCATION: Openings at both the Peoria Service Center (507 E. Armstrong Ave., Peoria, IL) and the Bloomington Service Center (202 St. Joseph Drive, Bloomington, IL)

POSITION STATUS: Full time (40 hours/week)

POSITION SCHEDULE: Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm (with the last appointment at 5:15pm)
