Our client is a community hospital that focuses mainly on rehabilitation and long-term care, especially for elderly patients.
Responsibilities - Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve daily living and functional skills
- Conduct therapy sessions to enhance motor skills, coordination, and independence
- Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Recommend and train patients on the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment
- Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
