We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations, analyze business requirements, and develop scalable Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both functional consulting and technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes for Odoo implementation.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules.
• Build and maintain system integrations.
• Conduct user training and support UAT.
• Optimize system performance and ensure best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
• Experience with REST/XML-RPC/JSON-RPC integrations.
• Understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Accounting workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
