Job Summary
We are seeking a Federal Criminal Defense Attorney to join our law firm in an Of Counsel Position. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, litigation and defense or clients, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with the managing attorney, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. Candidates with previous experience as a federal criminal prosecutor, DOJ, OIG, SEC, or AUSA will receive more consideration. Federal criminal defense experience also a must. Must have experience with federal False Claims Act cases, qui tam cases, procurement, and or white-collar crime cases involving False CLaims Act.
