OFCI Project Manager, Industrial and Data Center Construction Projects

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized and technically savvy OFCI Project Manager to oversee Owner‑Furnished, Contractor‑Installed equipment delivery and integration for a large‑scale data center project in Querétaro. This role ensures end‑to‑end coordination of critical equipment—from procurement and logistics through installation, commissioning, and turnover—working closely with design, construction, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all OFCI equipment packages, including mechanical, electrical, IT, and specialized data‑center systems (e.g., CRAC/CRAH units, UPS systems, switchgear, RPPs, BMS/EPMS hardware).
• Maintain an OFCI responsibility matrix defining ownership, handover points, installation requirements, and contractor interfaces.
