Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Populate subcontract invoices for Accounts Payable.

+ Review inventory adjustments and labor registrations for accuracy.

+ Assist with month-end reporting and month-end close activities.

+ Prepare customer reports, and banking confirmations.

+ Prepare operational scorecards and management reports.

+ Assist with inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and inventory reconciliations.
