Job Scope: - Oversee daily office upkeep, facilities, pantry supplies, stationery inventory, seating arrangements and all vendor coordination
- Monitor administrative supplies and assets, manage access cards and equipment allocation & also initiate procurement when necessary.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for corporate records, contracts and policies while supporting audits and enforcing administrative SOPs.
- Arrange all logistics and related meeting materials for internal meetings, corporate events and staff engagement activities, including post-event follow-ups.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate travel/accommodations and prepare professional briefing materials and presentations for senior executives.
