Position Overview

Job Summary

You will manage service renewals, coordinate with the sales team to engage clients, reconcile stock and supplier invoices, maintain accurate financial and inventory records, prepare quotations and invoices, update operational reports, and support overall administrative, accounting, and operational functions. The role also requires familiarity with QuickBooks, preparation of Monthly SOA reports, updating daily and monthly reports, and assisting management with P&L reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Track and monitor service renewals using Excel to ensure timely updates for licenses and contracts including SSL, Email Hosting, Domain Hosting, Anti-virus, AutoCAD, PDF, IT maintenance, and digital marketing services
  • Coordinate with the sales team to remind clients to renew their services, supporting customer retention
