Position Overview
Responsibilities
Manage administrative and clerical tasks including filing, printing, scanning, documentation, and record keeping.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, attendance records, inventories, and data formatting.
Coordinate with staff, parents, vendors, and service providers for routine follow-ups and office tasks.
Support daily campus operations, supplies management, maintenance coordination, and event arrangements.
Handle outdoor office work, including vendor visits, banking, courier, printing, and purchases when required.
Assist the Director with task coordination, updates, and administrative support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with both desk-based and on-ground/outdoor tasks.
