Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate operational resources, including office supplies, equipment, and inventory, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and reporting support, including email correspondence and ad-hoc assignments, to enhance overall team efficiency
  • Assist in monthly inventory planning and forecasting, while closely monitoring stock levels to maintain optimal availability and operational continuity
