We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and provide essential administrative support across HR and finance functions. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting internal teams, and maintaining vendor and supplier relationships. The Office Administrator will report directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
