Description
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations and help maintain an efficient office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.

• Maintain office supplies and assist with purchasing and vendor coordination.

• Support document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks.

• Assist staff with scheduling and administrative projects.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–2 years of office or administrative experience.
