As Office Assistant, you will be the main point of contact within the office and help ensure a seamless workplace experience.
- Welcome employees, visitors, contractors and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate workplace and facility services to support daily operations.
- Manage and follow up on maintenance requests and service tickets.
- Provide administrative support to the onsite management team.
- Ensure compliance with security, health & safety and emergency procedures.
- Respond to questions, requests and complaints while delivering excellent service.
- You have at least a first experience in reception, hospitality, facilities or office management.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
