Meraki Talent are supporting a Financial Services firm who are looking for an Office Assistant for their Edinburgh offices.
As well as meeting and greeting visitors, this role will engage with the wider business, and be instrumental in office coordination and day to day operational activities.
Responsibilities will include;
- Welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Providing refreshments for visitors
- Liaising and hosting external providers
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies
This is a varied and reactive role, which will require applicants to be well organised, well mannered with exceptional communication skills.
Applicants ideally will have come from a Financial Service environment, where they have a proven track record in working within a demanding and reactive setting, while upholding strong company values.
