The Project Assistant will be able to provides assistance for documentation actions reporting and working closely to the General Project Manager and the team
- Provide administrative support including document management filing and office coordination.
- Organize and maintain executive diaries manage appointments and ensure seamless scheduling.
- Arrange complete travel and accommodation plans including itineraries visa processing and transportation arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone inquiries and meeting requests to the appropriate managers ensuring smooth communication.
- Prepare and produce high-quality documents reports presentations and correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with the GPM (General Project Manager) and Project team to support project objectives and provide project-related assistance.
