We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations for a financial services client in Walnut Creek, California. This is an onsite Contract position suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as a first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves a mix of front desk support, document handling, mail processing, and general office coordination to help keep the workplace running smoothly.
