Position Overview

1. Administrative Assistance

  • Provide full administrative assistance to the COO in daily office activities.
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for COO office records.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a focal point between the COO office and internal departments.
  • Follow up on tasks, assignments, and directives issued by the COO.
  • Ensure timely communication and information flow across teams.
  • Draft emails, letters, and official communications on behalf of the COO office when required.

3. Meeting & Event Management

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
