Position Overview
Pizza Lucé Management is seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage our office environment and provide essential support to our management and accounting teams. This temporary, part-time role acts as the central point of contact for the office, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, administrative workflows are efficient, and professional communication standards are maintained across the organization.
Wage Range: $22 - 25 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Downtown Minneapolis (In Person)
Functions/Responsibility
+ Office Operations & Environment: Act as a custodian of the office space, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and organized environment. You will manage supply inventory, coordinate facility maintenance, and oversee general upkeep to support a productive workspace.
