Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to project managers and engineering teams
• Prepare, review and update project-related documents such as plans, permits, reports and correspondence
• Assist in project scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting
• Coordinate with contractors, supplier and consultants for project requirements
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and safety guidelines
• Conduct site visits when needed and prepare inspection report
• Facilitate communication between office and field operations
• Support procurements activities, quantity take-offs and cost monitoring

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in office engineering, project coordination or construction
