Description
We are looking for an Office & Facilities Assistant to support daily workplace operations for a Contract position based in New Brighton, Minnesota. This role helps maintain an organized, functional environment by coordinating facility activities, supporting meeting spaces, and assisting with maintenance-related processes. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of relevant experience and is comfortable working with computerized systems that track service needs, room readiness, and timekeeping.
Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate day-to-day facility support tasks to help keep the site clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
β’ Monitor conference room readiness by arranging spaces, checking supplies, and addressing setup needs for meetings and events.
