Guenther Homes is an established residential construction and property business based in Aylmer, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Office & Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and financial administration.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is confident managing the financial and administrative functions of a small business with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for two related corporations: a residential home‑building company and a property/rental corporation.
