Responsibilities:

β€’ Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide attentive front-desk support to staff and guests.
β€’ Process accounts payable tasks accurately, including handling invoices and supporting timely payment workflows.
β€’ Coordinate general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, document preparation, and office organization.
