The position also requires acting as the primary point of contact with the landlord, contractors, and various service providers such as cleaning, vending, courier, and other office-related suppliers. Additionally, it involves identifying and reporting facility management issues, coordinating closely with building management and contractors to resolve them, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve overall office management processes.
