This Office Manager role supports a busy manufacturing environment by overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing bookkeeping and invoicing, and serving as a key point of contact for customers and delivery partners. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and financial tasks efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities

+ Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

+ Handle bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

+ Process approximately 30–40 invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness.

+ Print labels and maintain proper documentation for shipments and inventory as needed.

+ Receive deliveries and coordinate shipping and logistics with carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
