This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, supporting management and staff, and maintaining efficient systems and processes across all branches.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Act as the central administration and operational support contact across our three business locations, ensuring consistency in processes, communication, and service delivery.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain office systems, procedures, and policies.
  3. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintenance.
  4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
