Job Title: Office Manager

Job Location: Clay, NY 13041 (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract), possible extension



Job Description:

New office administrative role combining office management and executive administrative responsibilities

Office management duties include facilities coordination, maintenance issues, supplies ordering, visitor coordination, and event planning

Executive administrative duties include calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense coordination, and preparing meeting briefs/summaries

Requires basic computer skills (especially Excel), strong written and verbal communication, and ability to interact across all organizational levels

Preferred qualifications: ~1 year of administrative experience and an associate degree; equivalent experience accepted, SAP skills a plus but not required
