Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support human resources functions at our Corpus Christi, Texas location. Responsibilities:
β’ Supervise daily office activities, including reception, correspondence, and maintaining organized document systems for operational, safety, and regulatory records.
β’ Oversee the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and month-end or year-end closing tasks.
