The office manager will be the first point of contact for the internal and external parties. As an excellent organizer, you will prioritize and manage all the different tasks throughout your day. The entire staff will rely on the office manager to support the company operations, maintain order within the office, and often leading the communication as it pertains to its employees.
Objectives of this Role:
Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventable measures by identifying issues.
Implement established policies and procedures, measures outcome against standards, and improve operational flow when identified.
Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions.
