The Executive Assistant and Workplace Manager is a dual-function leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Manila office while providing high level executive support to the Country Leader. This role oversees all aspects of facilities management, office administration, workplace safety, culture and engagement, and executive coordination. It requires strong organizational capability, sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across local and global teams. The ideal candidate ensures that the workplace is safe, compliant, productive, and aligned with NCC Group’s culture and operational standards.
