Oversee all administrative functions for the office. Order supplies, maintain facilities and infrastructure, distribute mail. Ensure efficient operation of day-to-day business. Draft correspondence, greeting visitors, answering phones, and maintaining office equipment. Ensure the office is kept clean and maintains a professional appearance. Perform other related duties as required. Process pay-roll, maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to complete required tasks of each project.
