Job :


As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:





β€’ Ensuring the daily administrative management of the office (mail, official documents, reporting).

β€’ Organizing the schedules, meetings, and travel of the management.

β€’ Managing visitor reception and telephone calls.

β€’ Supervising general services (supplies, logistics, and relations with service providers).

β€’ Ensuring smooth internal communication and relaying information to various stakeholders.

β€’ Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

β€’ Participating in the organization of internal and external events (meetings, seminars, training).

β€’ Acting as the interface with international contacts, requiring fluent communication in French, English, and Spanish.
