Aston Carter is partnering with a growing Manufacturing company that is seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Office Manager/HR Assistant. This position is responsible for managing and supervising the business office functions in Libertyville.
This position's responsibilities include handling and managing questions/inquiries from our employees, acting as a vendor liaison, using
professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action
based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and
practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve
problems.
