Position Overview

Promote and sell school supplies, office furniture, and other related products to walk-in, online, and institutional clients. 
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. 
Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents. 
Verify and validate stores, companies, or clients to ensure transactions are legitimate. 
Conduct actual visits to client stores or offices when needed to confirm business credibility. 
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and delivery schedules. 
Maintain updated client records and sales reports. 
Assist in product display, price updates, and marketing activities. 
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers. 
Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
