Position Overview

  • Verify daily parking collection settlements / bank-in slips.
  • Reconcile parking collections reports and liaise with vendor / banks to resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle season parking applications, packages assignment, renewals, terminations, card activations, and customer enquiries.
  • Prepare billing schedules and generate invoices in the system.
  • Prepare monthly salary deduction listings and coordinate with Group Payroll for staff season parking fee deductions.
  • Verify records and process reimbursements for parking fee and deposit refunds.
  • Prepare aging report and follow up on overdue payments from individual, tenants, and companies.
  • Handle season parking administration and customer service matters.
  • Maintain accurate and complete season parking records in the car park system and master database.
