Thiess is currently seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join our Olive Downs Complex in the Bowen Basin.
Working a 8/6 roster, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the development and implementation of health and safety procedures, including but not limited to facilitating risk assessmentsEnsuring compliance with the Coal Mine Workers Health SchemeManaging incident reporting and investigation processesCompiling and analysing safety data for monthly reportsSupport on site injury management and return to work requirementsPerforming other duties as directed by the HS&T Manager About You
Cert IV Workplace Health and Safety, or relevant to related field and/or willing to obtainPrevious experience as a Health, Safety, and Training Officer within resources, construction, or a similar industry would be advantage...
