Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Reporting To:
Manager – Planning / PPC Head
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling Prepare and release daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per the Integrated Production Plan (IPP).
Ensure timely scheduling and handover of production plans to all manufacturing shops.
Monitor plan adherence and take corrective actions to achieve production targets. Machine Loading & Capacity Planning Coordinate with shop floor teams for effective machine loading and optimum utilization of resources.
Address critical and special production requirements by aligning machine capacity and manpower availability.
