Job Summary The candidate is required to work 12 hours shifts independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Order Management - Assigning tugs to specific vessels based on MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
- Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth safe operation and coordination
- Continuously monitoring operation, adjusting plans as and when required, creation of work completion report
- Monitor service level and upkeep of customer satisfaction
Required Education & Qualifications - GCE “O” / NITEC / SPM Form 5 equivalent
Skills & Competencies - Planning and scheduling experience
- Knowledge of Singapore port information
