Ensure execution of day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, and issuance of materials to departments & Shipment Execution to customers
Monitor and check Materials Management System data for relevance and accuracy. Expedite materials when required and update system
Coordinate with Purchase team to ensure all systemic requirements are adhered to prior to unloading of materials
Develop and maintain a close relationship with Material Planners & Export Team for shipment Execution
Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications and perform inventory operations such as periodical physical counts
