Welltec Oilfield Services Norway is seeking a Field Engineer in Norway to join our Bergen team. You will participate in offshore operations, plan long-term well development, and report field activities while learning our specialized technology.

The first six months will be based at our Bergen workshop to gain knowledge of equipment and support offshore initiatives as needed. You will grow into a leadership role with hands-on training.
