Position Overview

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Basel Regulatory Capital and Risk Management.
  • Conduct requirement workshops with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance teams.
  • Perform gap analysis between regulatory requirements and OFSAA product capabilities.
  • Configure and support OFSAA Basel modules and regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), BRD, and FRD.
  • Support Basel computations including:
    • Credit Risk
    • Market Risk
    • Operational Risk
    • Capital Adequacy
    • Risk Weighted Assets (RWA)
  • Ensure compliance with Basel II, Basel III, Basel IV, and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with technical teams on:
    • Data sourcing and mapping
    • Data lineage and reconciliation
    • Rule configuration and validation
