Position Overview

Overseeing a Team. 
Ensuring efficient operations. 
Facilitating Employee Dept. 
Ensuring compliance to Objective Target Program ( OTP ) 
Ensuring aligning with the overall OTP's. 
Involved in Budget Management. 
Ensuring positive and productive work environment. 
Monitoring Employees Performance , Performance Evaluation. 
Identifying areas for improvement. 
Organize work assignment set priorities. 
Ensuring employees to adhere company policies / safety guidelines. 
Must be Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Graduate. 
With experience in Supervisory. 
Can work under pressure. 
Strong communication, leadership and problem solving abilities. 
To delegate task and manage team effectively.
