Responsibilities
Manage internal and external project documents, maintaining filing systems for both physical and digital records.
Support the creation of protocol formulas for documentation submissions within projects.
Perform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents before uploading to the document management system.
Implement documentation and change control using electronic systems.
Review proposed changes to controlled documents and raise risks to the PMO.
Administer the submittal process according to company and customer standards.
Follow up and control O&M tickets.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job sites through collaboration with the purchasing department.
