Job Details

The Building Manager is the primary point of contact for building-related issues and emergencies. As a Building Manager, you will serve the Strata Council and the Property Manager to help maintain the organization and security of the building.

Shift Available

• Monday to Friday / Saturday & Sunday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM (On-Call Availability)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs (lighting, painting, drywall, power washing, snow/ice removal).
• Support the property manager with notices, letters, and rule enforcement.
