Lead Caregiver Summary

Our Lead Caregivers are experienced individuals who help with our most critical shifts. This includes but is not limited to fill-ins, new clients and training shifts with new caregivers. The primary responsibilities include the Caregiver Job Duties listed below.

Our Lead Caregivers must be available to work on short notice during their assigned availability times with any FRHC clients within your branches service areas.


Lead Caregiver Pay Rate: $23.75 hourly

Schedule: ON CALL - Thursday to Friday 8a-8p (this is a part-time position)



Locations On-Call Caregiver Covers:


+ Shelton, Yelm, Olympia, Tumwater, and Lacey. Must be able to drive to call for call-out needs.
