Key Responsibilities: Manage CMOD hardware, software, reports, and users Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe onboarding Automate repeated tasks using scripts (Shell, Python) Manage hardware and software infrastructure Install, configure, and maintain CMOD and related software Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, and archive storage Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities Define report indexing, storage sets, and workflows Create and maintain application groups, applications, and folders Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems Resolve CMOD issues and handle SRs and production incidents Perform system analysis and recommend process improvements
