Remain on-site full-time to directly monitor earthwork operations, manage manpower, and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health policies.
Halt unsafe work when deviations occur, manage emergency protocols if cables or pipes are jeopardized, and maintain meticulous documentation for inspections.
Act as the localized subject matter expert on legislation such as the Electricity Act and Gas Act.
