**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users at customer sites.
- Hands & Feet support for **servers**, **networking equipment**, and other **non-PC devices**.
- Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) of IT assets, including configuration and setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, phones, etc.).
- Support **manufacturing-related IT equipment** as per defined SOPs.
- Offer tailored **VIP Support** for senior executives, including AV and conferencing equipment.
- Maintain and update asset lists for non-PC equipment like servers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the **purchase, receiving, and setup** of IT equipment and consumables following customer policy.
- Provide support for **conference rooms**, including video/audio systems and unified communications.
