On‑Site Representative – PBH

We’re looking for a dedicated On‑Site Representative – PBH to be the first point of contact for one of our valued customers. Based at their location, you’ll play a key role in managing and processing customer orders while ensuring we meet and exceed our contracted service level commitments.

Responsibilities

Customer Requirements & Order Management

• Conduct Quantum Interrogation, market research, and IPC validation to support procurement.
• Perform technical and alternate PN research to identify suitable alternatives.
• Assess customer payment viability and negotiate cost‑effective procurement.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
