Position Overview

Tasks

  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the workshop or directly at the client's location.
  • Repairing or re-machining hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical components.
  • Operating machines using remote controls or specialized tools.
  • Collaborating with manufacturers' technical support teams.
  • Completing work orders accurately (complaints, causes, solutions, time required).
  • Training operators on equipment usage.
  • Keeping the inventory of parts up to date in the service truck.
  • Ensuring the safety, orderliness, and cleanliness of the intervention zones.
  • Using technological tools to manage daily tasks (mobile app, tablet, etc.).
  • Maintaining the company’s professional image at all times.
  • Performing all other related tasks.
